Church Street is a newly refurbished property suitable for couples, friends and families looking for style, comfort and fun at any time of the year. Arranged over one floor, this ground floor apartment is elegantly appointed throughout. Entering the property, you are greeted by an entrance hall with bedrooms to your left and right, both with an ensuite shower room, sink & WC; there is a double and twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a king-size on request). The living space is furnished with a four-seater dining table and chairs, a comfortable L shaped sofa and a 43” Smart TV providing Freeview and access to Netflix. In the well-equipped contemporary kitchen, an electric hob & oven, microwave, fridge freezer, sink and Tassimo coffee machine are all to hand. A small utility room at the end of the kitchen houses a washing machine. The back door leads out onto a decked patio providing a BBQ and ample seating and dining for four; an outdoor space for all to enjoy. There is no private parking available. However, there is plenty in the roads around Church House such as, Station Road, Church Road and Langleigh Road which do not have parking restrictions. Cheap public parking is also available on the Wilder Road Car Park which is a 30 second walk from the house. The parking bays across from the traffic lights also have no restrictions between 18:00pm and 08:00am. No pets are permitted on the property. One travel cot and highchair can be provided on request and towels and linen are provided.
