Caernant is a modern house situated on the perimeter of the historic town of Cardigan. There is parking space for up to four cars in the forecourt of the premises.
There are two steps into the front of the house. The ground floor is level throughout comprising of a large entrance hall, small lounge with double doors into spacious dining room.
There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. All bedrooms are on the first floor and are only accessed by stairs. Radiators are thermostatically controlled. Television has remote control. Tea and Coffee making facilities in bedroom.
There is a lawn, garden and patio areas that guests are welcome to use at their leisure.
