The Shrewsbury is ideally situated a short walk (approx. 300 yards) from the sea front and four minutes through the park to the town centre and market square. An ideal guesthouse that is perfectly located for either business or pleasure. The Shrewsbury has been graded by Visit Britain and awarded 3 diamonds. We are a non-smoking guesthouse. Family owned and run, as new owners we are currently refurbishing the eight bedroomed Shrewsbury to the highest possible standard . Phase one is now completed and we can now boast two deluxe rooms, one of which has a four poster bed. Phase two is due to start at the end of the season and by next year we should be able to offer two family suites. We will try to make your stay at the Shrewsbury as comfortable as possible. If you are coming by train or coach please let us know and we will arrange to collect you from the station or coach park. The Shrewsbury offers 6 en-suite bedrooms comprising of two deluxe rooms, two double rooms and two twin rooms. Our two single rooms share a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with colour TV, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, toiletries and a clock Radio. Deluxe rooms also have a 20” TV, DVD and freeview. Ironing facilities are available on request. All rooms are non-smoking. Complimentary tea or coffee is served on arrival in our comfortable dining room. Breakfast is available between 8-9am. Guests are invited to help themselves to cereal, yoghurt, juice etc and a full English cooked breakfast will be served shortly thereafter.
