Courtmoor Farm is set in 17 acres of gardens, grounds and woodlands, only 4 miles from Honiton. The driveway, which is 1/3rd of a mile long, is accessed from the A30 Valley.
The village of Upottery has a pub (The Sidmouth Arms) and a Church and is a five-minute drive away.
All guests are encouraged to make use of the grounds and facilities available. There is a fitness suite and four-person sauna. Both are open daily and are free to guests staying in the self-catering cottages.
There is a childrens play area, ponies, sheep, cattle and coarse fishing on the farm. Courtmoor Farm is centrally located for coast and moor land in Devon, Somerset and Cornwall.
Both cottages have been imaginatively converted to retain many attractive features and benefit from full central heating. Each has open-plan kitchen and lounge with digital TV, video and radio/CD player. Each kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking facilities, microwave and washer/dryer. Each cottage has ample hanging and drawer space, electric blankets and hairdryer.
A barbecue, cot, highchair and baby bath are also available for either cottage. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Electricity is by meter reading. One well-behaved dog is accepted in either cottage by prior arrangement.
