UpTheCreek is a superior bed and breakfast suite situated at Frogmore Creek on the unique Salcombe-Kingsbridge estuary in the South Hams district of South Devon. It is owned and managed by Carole and Keith Baston and we take great pride in giving friendly and attentive service to our guests. We hope you enjoy browsing through our web site.
Our garden runs down to the beautiful Frogmore Creek on Salcombe Estuary. We have a summer house and barbecue area for the use of our guests.
The accommodation is en-suite and consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom/shower room and guests lounge with television and tea/coffee making facility. The lounge enjoys wonderful views of the creek. We only let the suite to single groups of 2-4 persons.
Children are welcome and we have a child minding service. A wide range of breakfast choice is available including a vegetarian menu. We have a no smoking policy.
Parking is provided and we have a turning area. We are not able to accept pets in the house, but we can make outbuildings available for dogs..

A bit about the farm...
The farm is recorded in the Domesday book and has been a working farm for over 1,000 years. The farmhouse itself dates back to the early 13th century. Original features can still be seen, such as the wood pannelling that is fitted floor to ceiling in the breakfast room, which dates back to c1630.
Today we farm beef cattle, sheep and grow crops.
The farmhouse is set deep in a valley just a few minutes walk from Frogmore creek and the local bakery which is well known in the area for its bread and pastries.
The farm is in an ideal location for exploring the South Hams, it is within easy driving distance of Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Totnes and Dartmouth
