Nestling in the picturesque upper Teme Valley in the hamlet of Llanfair Waterdine (the church by the water) which was mentioned in the Doomsday Book. The Waterdine has the river Teme running at the bottom of the garden, which is the border between England and Wales at this point. A comfortable lounge bar, (with an impressive inglenook fireplace fitted with a log burning stove) and also a non- smoking lounge, a light and airy room with wonderful views.Our main restaurant has two different areas, The Garden Room, with breathtaking views of the hills beyond and The Taproom, a wonderful stone-floored heavily beamed room, which is in fact the oldest part of the property. Each of our bedrooms is individually designed, decorated and furnished, to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every room has en-suite bathroom or shower room colour television tea and coffee making facilities etc. all have views of the surrounding countryside.
