Pavilion View is situated in an excellent seafront position overlooking the Winter Gardens and enjoys uninterrupted views of the sea and pleasant gardens. There are 20 comfortable bedrooms, including several single rooms and luxury suites, all boasting hot & cold water, gas central heating, fitted carpets, divan beds, colour T.V. fridges, intercom and tea/coffee making facilities. Some have direct dial telephones. Many bedrooms enjoy a sea view. Fire precautions have been carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Kent Fire Authority. Pavilion is perfectly situated for Winter Gardens with its live shows, live entertainment, and many attractions, Dreamland Fun Park, Margate and Cliftonville Shopping Centre, fishing and watersports and coach rides to many other places of interest. Cliftonville's excellent Bowling Greens are just 10 minutes walk away and the Indoor Sports Centre with heated swimming pool is within easy reach. There are two car parks within easy walking distance of the hotel, and we are within easy reach of the railway station. Also, buses to Broadstairs, Charles Dickens Town, Royal Harbour of Ramsgate and Marina pass the door. Visit the sandy beaches and water sports facilities of the Thanet area, or the picturesque villages, orchards, hop fields and numerous historical places of interest in Kent. Cathedral City of Canterbury is a must. Why not enjoy a cross channel boat or hovercraft trip and sample Belgium or Holland.

This is a small, well run family Hotel. It belongs to a well educated, God fearing couple(with strong christian believes). All our Suites and Luxury Rooms have fantastic seaviews across the beautiful Oval Garden of the Queen Promenade. We are near Margate Beaches and the Winter Gardens. Some Suites have 4 poster beds. All rooms are en-suite. Owner speaks fluent German. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel, not even in our Bar. Booking and Cancellation Conditions:Once a booking has been received and confirmed to guest, a biding contract obligates us to provide and reserve the accommodation and you to pay for this. We are under no obligation to accept cancellations. We reserve the right to authorise payment as soon as Credit Card details are given to confirm reservation.However, for unforseen circumstances, we are prepared, for good customer relations, to accept cancellations 48 hours before the check-in date without any charges. Otherwise, the full amount of booking total will be chargeable. If payment has been taken by Credit Card before cancellation, 10% of total charges will be charged for administration.
