Welcome to Chimneys, a traditional Bed and Breakfast situated in North Walsham. We have recently gained a Highly Commended 4 Star award from the AA which we are delighted with. Jenny and her family look forward to welcoming you to their home. We pride ourselves on the high standards and the relaxed atmosphere at Chimneys where we aim to please. Rooms are kept spotlessly clean and are tastefully furnished. Jenny has been trading for nearly six years now and has many more years catering experience behind her so feels more than equipped to look after all of her guests needs. Breakfast is always sourced locally using organic produce where available and made to order when you want it. Tea is always free flowing, please just ask! If the weather permits this can be enjoyed in the garden which is half acre in size and nicely secluded in the summer. Breakfast can also be taken on the upstairs south facing balcony when the weather allows. We are close to the railway station, Chimneys is very accessible to all nationwide and has good transport links to local places of interest. if you require transport from the train station this can be arranged for you. We have ample parking and are only a few minutes walk form the town centre. Pets by arrangement at no cost. Evening Meals and packed lunches by prior arrangement. There is a large double bedroom and seating area plus a luxury en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath and a separate shower. For guests who prefer a twin room, there is a single bedroom in the suite which can be used in addition to the double bed to provide twin accommodation. STAFFORD ROOM - Double A sunny yellow room with double bed, settee and an en-suite shower room. This room looks out over the farm towards the coast. We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under 12 in our Bed & Breakfast rooms. They are comfortably furnished throughout and each cottage has its own patio, garden furniture and barbeque - the patio area opens out into peaceful, mature gardens with a play area.
