Yew Tree Villa, a charming Edwardian dwelling, was built around 1910. The exterior has been altered over the years, but the house still retains many of the original features, such as the encaustic tiled inner hall, the little Edwardian bedroom fireplaces and lovely solid oak staircase. The Bed and Breakfast provides a great hearty healthy breakfast and a peaceful and tranquil location, ideal for those in search of a much-needed rest after a day tackling the famous Offa's Dyke Path or visiting the Welsh showground. It is only a short distance away from the little bustling market towns of Kington, Knighton and Presteigne. In keeping with an historic Edwardian villa, each bedroom is different from the next - imaginatively decorated, supremely comfortable and with great attention to detail to ensure a relaxing stay. There is a choice of twin or double rooms, each with ensuite bath/shower rooms and tea and coffee facilities. We can dry your clothes if necessary and ironing facilities are available on request. Unfortunately there are no family rooms but a cot can be provided if you are staying with a very young child in your room (subject to availability).
