Welcome to 50 Church Street, a 4 Star Silver Award winning bed & breakfast where we aim to provide you with a relaxing, friendly and comfortable stay.


We offer bed & breakfast accommodation with two beautifully appointed king sized double bedrooms, which have been awarded 4 stars by Visit Britain with the addition of a silver award.

Both rooms offer en-suite bathrooms - room one with a bath and shower and room two with a shower. Gilchrist and Soames toiletries are provided. Both rooms also now offer Flatscreen digital TVs.

Silent fridges stock fresh milk and Cornish Spring water, with a selection of teas and coffee with Cornish Fairings biscuits. Each room has a colour television, hairdryer and clock radio alarm. Fans are provided for the warmer weather and the house is fully centrally heated.

Breakfast is served in our open plan kitchen dining area, which leads out into the garden. Access to the house is available at all times throught the day. Secure storage facilities are available for bikes.

Parking is available nearby to the house. We are situated within easy walking distance of two public car parks in Padstow - one on the harbour and the other on the link road. Both are approximately 5-10 minutes walk and cost around £5-£6 for 24 hours.

Built on a hillside overlooking the Camel Estuary, Padstow is a fine example of a Cornish fishing port. The small town remains largely unspoilt, the beautiful harbour area surrounded by some medieval buildings.

Prideaux Place sits above the town near to the Parish Church of St Petroc, a tudor mansion with a long historical association with Padstow. Rich Stein's famous Seafood Restaurant is situtated on the quayside along with the Padstow Cookery School and Stein's Fish and Chip shop.

Padstow is also within a 40 minute drive of other large attractions in Cornwall like the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Soon to open in 2006, Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant at Watergate Bay, is a short distance along the coast towards Newquay.
