Sue, Jim and Marcus welcome you to the Aashanti Guest House.

Located on one of the main routes into the centre of Ipswich, we provide a warm welcome, with good quality accomodation at reasonable rates.

We provide a mix of rooms from single and double, some with en-suite, together with family rooms to sleep three or four.

Full or continental breakfast is provided, and an evening meal can be ordered each day at breakfast. Our full english breakfast consists of:

fried slice, two bacon, two sausage, hash brown, beans, tomato, mushrooms and two eggs. Continental can be :

croissants, fresh baked bread, bagels etc.

All breakfasts start with juice, cereal and yoghurt, and unlimited tea or coffee and toast and jam.

Breakfasts served weekdays 06.30 to 09.30 and weekends 08.00 to 10.00. Evening meals are 17.30 to 19.30 or other time by arrangement.

Any other requirements, such as vegetarian or vegan, please inform at time of booking.

We also offer a packed lunch facility for our guests if this is required.

The Aashanti is located close to Ipswich Hospital, City centre, and the site of the new Suffolk Univertsity and is ideally suited for the business traveller, contractors or tourists wishing to explore the surrounding area.

There are a variety of shops and pubs close by.

Aashanti Guest House can be found on the A1156 Felixstowe Road, on the corner of Murry Road, and is easily accesssed from both the Nacton and Bucklesham junctions of the A14.

We are very close to suffolk showground so can cover the many events there, and also foxhall stadium, home of the world hot rod championships, Ipswich Witches speedway , and convenient for the Ipswich Town Football Ground with ots concerts etc.
