Dawn and Paul offer you a warm, friendly, family welcome to our home. We are set in a quiet location with a large garden and ample off road parking.

You can find us on the A1065 approx 1 mile from Mundford roundabout towards Swaffham All rooms have T.Vs and Tea and Coffee making facilities and there is a sun lounge for guest use.

Whilst enjoying your breakfast in the breakfast room or weather permitting if you prefer al fresco you should see an abundance of wildlife and if you are fortunate an odd muntjak deer.

We are happy to supply by request packed lunches if you want to explore the many local walks, cycle trails and picnic places. If fishing is your sport then there is a choice of spots and day licences are easy to obtain.

Whatever the reason for your stay we will do our best to ensure it is an enjoyable one.
