Description
Having worked or stayed in Hotels and Guest Houses around much of the globe I have very clear idea of the perfect venue; one which combines style, comfort and value for money in an interesting locality.
Ideal for a weekend break or as a stop-over during a tour of the area, you can soak up the serenity of our surroundings and browse around the village shops, some of them award winning.
Afterwards there are plenty of good eating places whether you want tea and cakes, a good pub meal, the atmosphere of a bistro or a superb classical French meal
For the finishing touch on a romantic weekend for two, I can book a table for you at your chosen restaurant, arrange for champagne, flowers, fruit and chocolates to be waiting for you in your room - as extras of course.
But whatever the reasons for your stay we hope you will enjoy being with us and will come again. Enjoy!

Attractions
After you have enjoyed a leisurely breakfast you can explore Kimbolton Castle (during school vacations). The castle, which dominates the village, was home to Katherine of Aragon.
At the other end of the High Street, facing the castle is Apothecary House, one of a cluster of quaint houses nestling around the ancient church of St Andrew, famed for its wonderful Tiffany window.
At nearby Grafham Water you can walk, hire a cycle or tandem, go sailing, bird watching or fishing. There are numerous pleasant walks and nature trails in the vicinity of Kimbolton and other pretty villages to explore complete with old pubs and good restaurants - try The Pheasant at Keystone or Bennetts at Bythorn.
There are many places of special interest within an easy twenty-five mile radius if you should want to make your stay longer.
I would be happy to provide you with suggestions and directions.
