Amanda and her family welcome you to Autumn Leaves Guest House, their home in a quiet but central road in Windermere overlooking Ellerthwaite Park. The ideal relaxed and friendly place to stay.

Our comfortable guest house is only 150 metres from Windermere's centre and 10 minutes walk from the train/bus station. Lake Windermere is just a short walk down the hill to Bowness. Public transport for the lakes area also runs regularly from the end of our road.

Autumn Leaves offers a range comfortable rooms to accommodate the single traveller, couples, families and small groups. All rooms are well equipped. The dining room at Autumn Leaves has a large bay window making it bright and cheery, and features an inviting fireplace for those extra chilly winter mornings. Set your self up for the day will a delicious home cooked breakfast. Our bacon and sausage are supplied by the award winning Huddlestons Butchers. We try and purchase from local suppliers giving you a taste of Cumbria. We will do our best to accommodate any special dietary requirements. After breakfast there is a small treat for well behaved children.

There is parking free in the street or plenty of public parking nearby.

Well behaved and house trained dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £5 per night and will be payable on arrival.
