Elizabeth and John have recently created the perfect place for your Welsh holiday. They have converted Hollyvilles old coach-house into a warm, comfortable and well equipped home. The cottage is located in a peaceful area and is ideally place so you can getaway from it all in this lush scenery
Bwythen Cwch Y Gwenyn (Beehive Cottage) is a 5 Star self-catering cottage sleeping up to 4 adults.
The cottage is tucked up near to the house overlooking the garden, there is decking which has pretty garden furniture and gas BBQ.
The cottage is fully equipped and decorated and maintained to a very high standard. The downstairs accommodation is open plan and comprises of a kitchen /dining and sittingroom area. this has oak flooring throughout the downstairs . The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and gas oven and hob. The dining area has a farmhouse table and six chairs. There are two large comfy sofas so you can watch the cook or TV! Bring those DVDs or Videos you have not found time to watch yet, and then snuggle up to the log burner on chillier evenings after your day out exploring.

Our local craftsman built the wonderful ash staircase which takes you up to bed, there are two rooms one with a double bed and the other with twin beds each room is en-suite and decorated in country style.
Included in your holiday rental is the oil for the central heating, gas for the cooker and BBQ, electric and water along with bed linen, towels and tea towels, a large basket of logs for the wood burner, and a delicious welcome hamper to get you started. What else could you want for a wonderful holiday?
You will be personally welcomed by Elizabeth and John, they will be on hand throughout your holiday to help with any queries or information you may need to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

There are many places to visit nearby.
The newly restored National Trust House of Llanerchaeron with its established gardens. The Woollen Mill Museum in nearby Caple Dewi being the last working mill on the Teifi. The National Trust Dolaucothi Roman Gold mines make an interesting visit.
There are beautiful beaches and small coves along the Bay of Cardigan. Or maybe you would enjoy a walk on the nearby Llanllwni Mountain, taking a picnic lunch with you.
Whatever time of year your visit brings you to Carmarthenshire there are sure to be plenty of sights to see or things to do which will make your stay a truly memorable one.
We have 2 friendly Village Pubs. The first is "The Old Railway Inn" offers a varied menu for your evening meal. There is plenty of car parking or you may enjoy a pleasant walk (1.5miles). The 2nd is "The Bell View".
The last Thursday in the month sees one of the last remaining Horse fairs in the nearby small market town of Llanybydder, and is a good place to purchase your equestrian needs.Lampeter holds an annual Food Festival in July within the grounds of the University.
John Norris is a Historian and Author of several books and will be conducting either full day or half day Historical Tours. Tours covered will be from Roman to Second World War. These tours can be tailored to the individuals interest. Acommodation and Tour package can be arranged upto a total of 8 people using their own transport.
