The Linhay is a cosy and well furnished cottage, set in the grounds of the owners small private bed and breakfast overlooking the gardens.

Located mid way between Taunton (16 miles) and Exeter (20 miles), 5 miles from the Market town of Tiverton, the accommodation comprises one double bedroom (with a 2nd bedroom subject to availability), both en-suite and a good sized kitchen and lounge area. Ideal for two or four adults. Children welcome.

Fold away single beds and travel cots are available for families with hot water on tap and oil fired central heating available throughout all year round! There are colour televisions in the bedrooms and television, video and a CD / Tape player in the lounge.

Hidden and unspoilt, Whitnage, near Tiverton in Devon, is a quiet rural hamlet approached along traditional narrow high-banked lanes. However with main road, rail, coach and bus links only minutes away it is also a gateway into the West Country and an excellent touring base for those wishing to explore Devon and in particular the beautiful Exe River Valley, the stunning Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks and the North Devon and South Devon coastlines or visit a few of the numerous visitor attractions across Devon.
