Attractions
You can enjoy the oppurtunity of exploring the 300 square miles of the beautiful New Forest, by foot, horseback, or more energetically by mountain bike, all of which can be arranged in advance by Bridge House.
The area is one of outstanding natural beauty, where you can go where you please, across heath land, through woods and inclosures and picturesque villages, with wonderful views as far as the Isle of Wight.
We can assist you in planning you trips to include stops at forest hostelleries, and taking in such well known places such as:-
National Motor Museum at Beaulieu
Bucklers Hard
Exbury Gardens
The Georgian Town of Lymington etc
Brockenhurst is a lovely village in the heart of the New Forest and because of its unique position in the forest the village offers easy access to numerous walks often shared with animals, grazing freely.
The Ornamental drive and arboretum are spectacular in the spring with rhododendrons and azeleas and ablaze with purple heather in late summer.
The beaches of Milford, Mudeford and Bournemouth are within easy reach, and Lymington, a national sailing centre with lovely Georgian town centre and cobbled streets, and a street market every Saturday, is only 10 minutes drive away.
