Chapter House is a large Victorian property in a residential cul-de-sac, only a two minute stroll from the beach and town centre. The accommodation is a two bedroom maisonette adjoining the main house, approached from the rear of the property.

It is ideally located in a peaceful, leafy conservation area in the beautiful town of Budleigh Salterton. It is eight miles from Exeter and five miles from Sidmouth. Chapter House is also only a short walk from the Jurassic Coastal Path. Budleigh Salterton beach is a lovely, clean pebble beach, perfect for children of all ages. Part of the beach is designated as dog-friendly. The town features a number of great places to eat and drink.

There is free car parking for one car, and unrestricted off road parking. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road for people not wanting to travel by car. Please note that Chapter House is a non smoking property. Pets are welcome – please notify us when prompted during the booking process.
