Clare House is situated 200m from the award-winning beach and the pier, with the town centre restaurants and pubs only a few minutes walk away.

We are also only a few minutes away from Durlston Country Park and the cliff-top walks along the beautiful heritage coast.

At Clare House we aim to offer home made or locally sourced produce. Your full English or a vegetarian beakfast (served with eggs as you like them) is presented with freshly baked bread, croissants, toast, home made preserves, a variety of fruit juices, fresh fruit, a variety of teas and FAIRTRADE coffee.

Or why not try our home made pancakes with Maple syrup? Please note that we are also happy to cater for special diets, with prior notice. Breakfast is served in our elegant dining room, or if you wish, you may have a continental breakfast delivered to your room.

All our rooms have en suite facililties, tea/coffee making facilities, digital tv with Freeview and a refridgerator.

We are open throughout the year for you to enjoy Clare House and all that Swanage has to offer.
