The beamed accommodation is within the old cob and timbered Linhay which forms part of the Grade II Listed 15th Century thatched Manor House.

It offers south-facing views of the valley over the formal gardens and, together with the en-suite Bathroom and separate Breakfast Room, provides complete privacy in comfortable surroundings.

A sitting-out area is provided for guests on the back lawn with views of the cider orchard and surrounding fields.

Close to the A377, the Farm offers easy access to the historic Cathedral City of Exeter just eight miles away with M5 access at Junctions 29 or 30, and is an ideal base for visiting Devon's countryside, its beaches, the Two Moors Way and The National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor.

Crediton has a broad selection of eating places, and a number of delightful pubs within a ten minute drive offer meals to suit all tastes.
