Folly Farm Cottage is a lovely 15th century thatched Devon longhouse situated on the ‘beach side’ of the village of Braunton.

The cottage has undergone complete refurbishment and offers 2 rooms - 1 double and 1 room sleeping 4, both with en-suite facilities.

The accommodation is in a completely separate self-contained area of the building and guests have their own private access.

Each room has:
• Digital flat screen television with terrestrial and freeview access
• Hospitality tray
• Shaver sockets
• Hairdryer
• Use of ironing board and iron

We are just minutes’ drive from North Devon’s glorious coastline, which include the stunning golden beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe - ideal for families and surfers. Saunton championship golf club, the UNESCO biosphere site of Braunton Burrows and the Tarka walking and cycling trail are also on our doorstep. The principle market town of Barnstaple with its historic pannier market is 5 miles away and Exmoor and Dartmoor nationals parks are both within driving distance.

The location of Folly Farm Cottage gives great access to everything that North Devon has to offer with the benefit of being just minutes walk into the centre of the village with its variety of shops (including surf hire), pubs and restaurants.
