Located in a quiet residential road on the favoured western side of Sidmouth, only minutes from the theatre, cinema, the famous Connaught Gardens, Jacob's Ladder bathing beach, the town centre, the esplanade and swimming pool.
All our 8 rooms are ensuite and have colour TV, tea/coffee making facilities and central heating. The rooms are tastefully decorated with modern furniture and comfortable bed. There are no single room supplements.
For your further enjoyment there is a spacious guest lounge with comfortable chairs and a Victorian terrace for those who like the sun.
As there are televisions in all rooms, the lounge is available for a friendly chat, games/cards or a quiet read, with books, magazines and the daily and local papers available. Rates are from £32 - £38 pp
We have justifiably acquired a reputation for excellent food and genuine friendly service. There is a full English Breakfast available and dinner is optional.
The meals are prepared personally by the resident proprietor from fresh local produce. All special dietary requirements are catered for by arrangement.

The floral coastal resort town of Sidmouth nestles between Peak Hill to the West and Salcombe Hill to the East, and has retained its timeless elegance and charm.
It is a delightful holiday location with spectacular views from the cliffs either side of the town. Its two beaches are safe for bathing, sailing or fishing.
Sidmouth is a perfect place to relax, and offers a variety of activities including tennis, golf, bowls and swimming.
It is renowned for its floral beauty with gardens such as Connaught Gardens providing a spectactular setting with the sea as a backdrop.
Sidmouth is an excellent base for exploring Dartmoor, Exmoor and the many picturesque Devon villages, as well as the cathedral City of Exeter.
Sidmouth is also famous for its annual International Festival of Folk Arts - a week of song and dance from entertainers around the world.
