Great Cummins Farm B&B is a charming four star rated 16th Century thatched farmhouse with plenty of character. Features of this traditional cob house include high, beamed ceilings and a cosy inglenook fireplace in the dining room.

With stunning views across the surrounding farmland, it is in a peaceful yet convenient location. Just five minutes from the A30 and 8 miles from Exeter, it is ideal for exploring the Devon coasts, Dartmoor and Exmoor and attractions including The Eden Project, Clovelly and Bude.

A working organic farm, it is ideal for children, who can collect eggs from our hens and even bottle feed the lambs in season. An elusive badger set has made its home at the back of the property and you may encounter geese during a walk around the farm.

Our cooked to order breakfasts using farm ingredients are a specialty. In the evenings, meals are available at two pubs in the village of Tedburn St Mary. Cyclists and walkers are welcome – bicycles can be stored in a secure barn.
