Description
Chris and Tamara welcome you to the Headlands in Falmouth. Built at the turn of the century for sea captains of the famous Packet Ships, the Headlands was established in 1955. It is ideally situated a few minutes walk from the town, station, National Maritime Museum, Princess Pavilion theatre, harbour and beaches.
Accommodation
All rooms are centrally heated, double-glazed and non-smoking. We are open all year round. Headlands has its own lounge, sunroom, balcony and private car park. It is an approved member of the Cornwall Tourist Board and English Tourism Council.
All our bedrooms are en-suite, with either shower or bath, colour tv and complimentary beverage making facilities. There are double, twin and family rooms available and we welcome children over the age of eight. While some have views over the Fal estuary and harbour, all are comfortable and individually furnished.
Our dining room offers individual tables and retains the elegant features of the Edwardian era. Chris cooks with best quality ingredients and fresh local produce. A full English, or Continental breakfast, is available and vegetarians, or those with special diets, are catered for.
Our guests come from many parts of the world. Increasingly we welcome visitors from Eastern and Western Europe, Australasia, North America and Canada as well as the British Isles.
