Ideally located in a quiet tree lined avenue and within five minutes walk from the promenade, pier and main shopping centre, Holcombe House is a beautiful detached Victorian Town House built in 1853. Retaining much of its original character, the Guest House is tastefully decorated and immaculately maintained, and has recently been upgraded to a Four Star Guest House by Visit Wales( Wales Tourist Board).

Guests are guaranteed very high standards of comfort and hospitality. Friendly, personal attention coupled with an extensive knowledge of the surrounding area will ensure that your visit is a memorable one.

Holcombe House offers free wireless internet access and is also close to excellent rail and bus links.

Holcombe House has nine beautifully appointed and spacious bedrooms. Double, Twin, Family and single rooms are all available.

All bedrooms have been beautifully refurbished in 2006/7 and are equipped with colour remote control television, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryer as well as many other little extras designed to make your stay more comfortable.

All rooms have newly appointed ensuite facilities with bath and/or shower, luxury toiletries and towels and heated towel rails.

There are so many things to see and do in Llandudno. The Great Orme Victorian Tramway is a couple of minutes walk away and other local attractions such as the promenade, pier and excellent theatre are all within easy walking distance.
