Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty Holly Grove is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing stay. The light and spacious property set in 2 and a half acres of south facing garden and paddock, bordered by a stream in a quiet country lane. Holly Grove also has the added bonus of its own heated outdoor swimming pool open between April and October weather permitting.

During the warm weather guests can relax in a number of tranquil seating areas and choose to either lounge by the south facing pool, sit by the shaded stream trying to catch a glimpse of the elusive Kingfisher or on the terrace listening to all the other wild birds that frequent the area. Cooler temperatures and you can enjoy the warmth of the open fire in the lounge or the log burner in the Great Space.

The Christie family will do their very best to make sure you have an enjoyable and pleasant stay. Our dogs, cats and horses are usually in residence and we are happy to accommodate your 4 legged friends by prior arrangement. We do have a spare stable if required. Unfortunately we do not usually accept children under 12 years old.

The Nutcracker Suite is a large double room on the ground floor with King-size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, seating area, flat screen colour TV and has views over the terrace and down to the stream. It has its own large luxurious en suite bathroom with large bath, walk in shower, wash hand basin and WC. It can also take a further single bed, if a family room is required. Tariff: £90.00 per room per night inclusive of breakfast. An extra charge of £15.00 per night is required for 3 people.

The Coppelia Room is a small double room on the ground floor with en suite shower room with wash hand basin and WC. You also have use of the lounge with log burner and flat screen colour TV. Tariff: £50.00 per room per night inclusive of breakfast.

Little London is a tiny “hamlet” 2 miles from the market town of Heathfield. It is also less than 1 mile from the villages of Waldron and Horam. Holly Grove is approximately a 40 minute journey by road from Gatwick Airport and Heathrow approximately a 90 minute drive away.

Places of Interest to Visit:

The Cuckoo trail, ideal for riding, cycling and walking is within easy reach. Further away, approximately 40 minutes by car are the famous Beachy Head (www.beachyhead.org.uk) and Seven Sisters Country Park (www.sevensisters.org.uk)

Glyndebourne Opera (www.glyndebourne.com) is 20 minutes away by car.

The Spa Town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is 20 minutes away.
