Kinkell House is ideally situated five minutes walk from Inverness city centre and all amenities including shops, bus, rail, Eden Court Theatre, Loch Ness, Dolphin Tours and much, much more.

Traditionally furnished and tastefully decorated throughout, all rooms have those little extra touches to welcome you. There is a T.V. lounge with games and books to help you relax after a day’s touring in the Highlands. For the nicer days, we have attractive garden grounds for guest use.
