Perfectly located on the edge of Bourton on the Water in the heart of the Cotswolds, Larks Rise has been highly commended by the AA and have received 4 Stars for their accommodation. Larks Rise is an ideal base for touring and walking, with the Windrush Way a minute from the door.

The Edwardian house stands in almost an acre of gardens so there is always somewhere secluded to sit for a while, and parking is never a problem.

We have three double bedrooms which have been designed for the discerning guest. All are light and airy, with views over the gardens. Decoration is to the highest standard, and each room has its own style and personality.

Two offer en-suite facilities, and the other has its own private bathroom just across the hall (a bathrobe is supplied). Controllable central heating, good ventilation and cooling fans for that heatwave all ensure a comfortable night. High quality complimentary toiletries are provided, as well as thoughtfully stocked hospitality trays. Fresh fruit is always available.

Each bedroom has a fridge and TV/ DVD player. A book, film or cd may be chosen from the small library in the Guests' sitting room, or you might just settle in front of the log fire and play cards. And if you have forgotten to bring something you need, just ask – if at all possible, it will be provided.

Breakfast is served in a sunny room overlooking the gardens at tables for two, which can be combined for party bookings, or outside at one of the garden tables.
