On arrival you will be warmly welcomed by Pat and Phil, into their comfortable and relaxing home.

The peaceful lounge has big comfy old sofas and armchairs in chintz, velvet brocade and leather. Old ticking clocks, wooden cats, hunting scenes, Chinese carpets, books and games come together in an eclectic mix.

The spacious dining room has separate tables and is decorated with nostalgic old prints, sparkling willow-patterned china, potted palms, soft lighting and fresh flowers.

The 7 bedrooms, all en-suite, or with private facilities, are thoughtfully and prettily designed with chintzy curtains, soft carpets, comfy pillows and crisp bed-linen. Some with antique furniture, some with country pine.

The hospitality trays are generously laden with a lovely selection of quality teas, coffees, chocolates -pretty bone china mugs and tea-sets, always a fresh jug of milk and a generous jarful of cookies. Extra fresh milk, ice, lemon, extra glasses and bottle openers always available.
