Lockwood House is a family run Bed & Breakfast set within 2 Acres of garden and orchard with lots of space to relax in the rural countryside of Dawlish, Devon.

Our ensuite rooms are finished to a very high standard and one room has a victorian rolltop bath with a 14ft high ceiling within a tower. Sea views are available in our ensuite family room which sleeps 4. Room Rates are from £28 per person per night.

Powderham Castle is very near and has a variety of outdoor events which are entertaining for adults and children alike.

The historic city of Exeter is 15 minutes by car, or train from Dawlish, with its large cathedral and quay with variety of waterside shops and foot passenger ferry.

Dartmoor is also a short drive away for those who enjoy walking.

Lockwood House is almost a nature reserve in itself as we have geese, ducks, small chickens and guinea-pigs!
