We are a small, friendly family run non smoking Guest House, offering Bed and Breakfast accommodation, open all year, situated on the level and only 300 yards from Preston Sands. We are within easy walking distance of the shops and the wide range of pubs, clubs and eating places within Paignton.

All our rooms are comfortably furnished, centrally heated, each having tea/coffee making facilities and colour TV.

We offer a full traditional English Breakfast and aim to accommodate any special dietry needs.

Ample free parking is available to the front and rear of the Guest House.

Being centrally located within Torbay, we are ideally located for the towns of Brixham, Dartmouth, Totnes and Torquay. There are vast amounts of attractions within the English Riviera for all age groups.
