Available all year apart from Christmas. The accommodation is comfortable and quiet, with large double bedded rooms; one with a second double room suitable for use as a family suite. All rooms have en-suite facilities, colour television and beverage making facilities

Our Licensed Dining Room is open every evening with meals available for those who require them served at 7.00 pm. In order to keep our costs and therefore prices to a minimum we usually solicit a choice of evening meal earlier in the day, this has the added benefit of allowing us to cater for most dietary tastes. Menus are provided at breakfast time and guests encouraged to choose before noon. Evening meals are cooked to order using fresh local ingredients where applicable

After dinner residents are welcome to relax with their coffee or a nightcap from the bar in our Residents Lounge. During the colder months warmed by our Victorian open fire which provides both comfort and entertainment, a small library is also available to help while away the hours

Surrounded by arable farmland and wild moor, the beautiful Woody Bay, with its cascading waterfall within two miles walk or drive are well worth a visit.

The twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth are only four miles away, offering a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants.

A little further afield are the beautiful beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde for those who prefer the sun, sea or surf.

Horse riding, tennis, golf, fresh and sea fishing are all available in the area. Explore Exmoor either with map and compass, or on one of the many informative walks organised by the Exmoor Park Rangers. Alternatively, just relax or swim in the secluded outdoor pool (Pool open May to the end of August only).
