We are close to the Lost Gardens of Heligan ,[1.5 miles and walkable]. There are many other spectacular gardens within easy reach, such as Trelossick ,Trewithen, Lanhydrock or Trebar.

Beach at Pentewan and village pub 1 mile along cycle / foot path. There is also a very good family beaches at Goran , Porthpean and Caerhays Castle.

Beautiful coastal walks nearby from Charlestown down to Falmouth and inland across Roseland.We are also very near Mevagissey with its picturesque harbour and range of restaurants and shops.

We have some fabulous golf clubs at Porthpean , St Austell and Carlyon Bay and a croquet club!

You can also reach the North coast in 30-40 mins where you can relax in the pretty harbour town of Padstow and visit perhaps one of Rick Steins establishments , or visit Jamie Olivers Fifteen restaurant at Watergate Bay.
