Welcome to New England Cottage Bed & Breakfast!
Located in the heart of West Sussex, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, nestled between London and Brighton and only 15 minutes from Gatwick airport in the village of Balcome, New England Cottage Bed and Breakfast is an ideal retreat from everyday life or an ideal place to stop and relax before your flight.
Set in tranquil gardens your accommodation is entered by its own stable front door in a separate annex from the house. You can come and go as you please and truly relax in your own surroundings.
Your bedroom is furnished in a new England style with a super king bed, which can be converted into two singles and is made up with soft, Egyptian cotton sheets. An additional galleried bedroom is accessible from a wall ladder. Its a great place to climb up to and relax with a book.
The annexe hosts a ensuite shower room with fluffy towels, hair dryer, natural bath products all styled with a Brighton beach feel.
To add to your comfort in the winter evenings the wood burning stove makes for a cosy, warm stay.
Your room is equipped with tea and coffee facilities and a flat screen television for your enjoyment.
Breakfast cooked on the aga and served in the adjoining conservatory or garden. On a summers evening you can sit in the summer house or patio and relax with your home cooked dinner or bottle of wine
With parking, nearby main line trains to London and Brighton you have access to all attractions or discover local walks.
New England Cottage is a truly beautiful & relaxing place to stay set in the countryside surrounded by beautiful, secluded gardens.
We are child and dog friendly with a large garden for all to play.
