We are a small family run B&B offering excellent quality accommodation at reasonable prices. We are within easy reach of the M1 and M25 motorways, and situated on the A412 not far form Watford High Street.

All of our rooms have Tea and Coffee making facilities along with Cable Television for our guests to enjoy. There are 3 bathrooms which have recently been refurbished to an excellent standard.

Breakfast is available at a local café which is just a few doors down from the Bed and Breakfast and is included in the price, however if Breakfast is not required for your stay with us we will be happy to give you a reduction on our room rates. Breakfast is served between 7:00am and 10:00am.

Cassiobury Park is close to Phoenix Lodge and is a beautiful park for leisurely walks, Fishing, Jogging, or simply relaxing with a book and sunbathing. The canal runs through the park and is frequented by many barges particularly in the summer months.

Approximately 5 minutes drive away you will find a Top Golf driving range, ideal for the golf enthusiasts amongst you!

In the opposite direction and only 5 minutes away, are some fantastic restaurants and also a cinema complex.

Watford town centre is within walking distance and only a couple of minutes by car or Taxi. There are numerous Nightclubs, Bars, and Restaurants to suit all tastes and Watford gets very busy at weekend so has a real buzz about the centre!

Leavesden Studio is close by where the Star Wars films, some James bond movies, and also some of the Harry Potter films were made. Unfortunately these are not open to the public at the moment though.
