Pinfold Cottage was built circa 1865, and is situated in a select conservation area, on the south side of the City,
close to York City Centre. We are a family run B&B, and can assure you of a very warm welcome.

We have 5 ensuite bedrooms including one Family and one Ground Floor room.
All of our rooms are fully ensuite, and we offer colour Freeview TV, DVD/CD players, hairdryers, hospitality tray, toiletries, electric fans and radio alarm clocks. An iron and ironing board is available on request. Plus there is also Free WIFI available
Breakfast is included in the room rate, and is served in our comfortable Dining Room. There is a great choice which caters for most diets, including low fat and vegetarian. We also have a childrens menu, and plenty of things to keep the kids amused!! Advance notice of any special requirements will ensure that we can fully meet your needs.
For the business traveller we offer, reduced rates for stays of 5 days or more or for regular visitors (subject to availability). We also have easy access to the A64 and York City Centre. We are close by to great pubs and restaurants, all within a few minutes walk.

We have many leaflets and brochures available for you to take away, and being born and raised in York, we are also happy to offer you first hand advice on local attractions and restaurants.
Nearby, you will find all of the historical attractions that York has to offer, as well as being only minutes away from York University, Fulford Golf Club, York Racecourse, the Macarthur Glen Designer Outlet, and Imphal Barracks.
We are on a main bus route into York, and the buses stop regularly, right outside our door. Or you can enjoy a pleasant riverside stroll onto the centre, 1.5 miles away. We have a private, off street car park where you can leave your car whilst you enjoy the City on foot.
