Rowland House, Brighton is an independent homestay set in a Victorian Brighton terrace one block back from the Brighton's famous seafront, just off the Kemptown shopping area. It is just a one minute walk to the seafront, eight minutes from the Royal Pavillion, Sea Life Centre and Brighton Pier, fifteen minutes from the Dome and Brighton Conference and Exhibition Centre.

Bedrooms are located on all floors with a mixture of single,double, twin and family rooms. All rooms have private shower and washbasin, central heating, colour television, radio alarm, courtesy tea and coffee facilities and razor points. Toilets are situated on all landings and keys are provided for access at all times without any restriction whatsoever.
