The Old Town; home of restaurants and attractions such as Underwater World; Stables Theatre and Art Gallery; Fishermen's Museum; East Hill Lift; Shipwreck Heritage Centre; Old Town Hall Museum; the fishermen's huts and Amusement Arcades. Hastings Castle can be seen seconds from walking out the door of The Sea House. Originally built from wood in 1066; then rebuilt from stone in 1070. For a more peaceful day out you could visit the rural areas of Hastings; some a short walk away; with others a short drive away.
