Located in the heart of Rye (opened January 2003), and in close proximity to restaurants and pubs, the accommodation is in a fantastic building built in 1520, complete with oak beams, sloping floors, and an inglenook fireplace. We have already achieved SETB 4 diamond and RAC 4 diamond sparkling ratings and an RAC warm welcome award

The rooms are exceptional with 2 x 4 poster beds and 2 x double rooms available. Each room is individually and tastefully decorated to a high standard, in particular features being the Damask bedspreads, art deco prints and reproduction furniture (all of which are on sale in our shop!!), along with standard facilities such as colour TV, tea tray and hairdryer.

The building is strictly non-smoking and bed and breakfast rates for these special rooms are £40 per person for the double rooms or £45 per person for the 4 poster rooms. Guests also benefit from a special 20% disount in our adjoining high quality home furnishings/gift shop.
