We are located in the village of Boxley, about 5 miles north of Maidstone, the county Town of Kent.

We have 3 rooms available, all clean and fresh with very comfortable beds, television and plenty of storage.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms with bathroom shared between the two. Bathroom has full size bath, shower, WC and hand basin.

Downstairs is a large reception room leading to the 3rd bedroom and a utility room. The utility room has fridge, iron and ironing board and microwave. The downstairs bedroom has its own WC with hand basin and walk in shower.

We have a very large garden, with lawned orchard area and several places with comfy chairs for you to relax in.

Choice of two 400 year old, 2 bedroom cottages with period features and all facilities.

The cottages each have a comfortable lounge with inglenook fireplace and TV. Each kitchen is well equipped for self caterers with full size cooker, refrigerator and washing machine plus a small Microwave oven.

We are in an Ideal position for touring Kent and minutes from the European School of Osteopathy, you'll find us at the top of the village, nestled at the foot of the North Downs and 100 metres from the ancient Pilgrims Way.

Surrounded by countryside in the Garden of England, yet only a few miles from the main commuter links to London and the continent we are ideally placed for a relaxing and convenient holiday.

The village pub The Kings Arms serves hot meals which are very popular with our visitors. In the cooler months they have the log fire burning.
