We are pleased to have been awarded the official AA3* guest house rating this year - our accommodation is of a good standard with cleanliness and comfort at the top of our list!

All our 6 bedrooms are well furnished and tastefully decorated with full central heating, private shower, W.C. and washbasins, T.V. and Tea/Coffee facilities. We are happy to provide ironing facilities and hairdryers on request, and we can store surfboards and bikes securely in our garage.

We have guest parking on site and with our central location, it is possible to leave your car for the duration of your stay and enjoy the benefit of our excellent "Cornish" air!

We welcome couples, families and groups of friends but we do not accept stag or hen parties.

The town centre and beaches are all just 2 minutes walk, along with a wide choice of restaurants and bars for eating out.

We are also easily accessable from the Bus and Railway Stations and around 10 minutes walk from Trenance Gardens, Animal World and Waterworld.

Summer Breeze is an ideal base for exploring further,
with Padstow, St Ives, Mevagissey and Penzance all within a 40 minute drive. The world famous Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are well worth a visit and can be reached in around 30 - 40 minutes.
