Our rooms are simple, clean and newly refurbished to a modern cosmopolitan standard.

Unfortunately we do not accept pets or children under the age of 18.

Visiting South Devon and the English Riviera is made easy by the close proximity of the end of the M5 motorway and it's connections to the M4/M6 and onwards.

So you could be sunning yourself on the main Paignton Sands beach within just a few hours of leaving home.

As you approach Torquay from the M5 you'll see signs for Paignton. Follow one of these and aim for the sea front. You can't go wrong really. The Cosmopolitan sits on a quiet side road just off the main Paignton seafront. Give us a call if you do need directions and we'll talk you in.

This ideal location means the beach is just 200 metres away, and visible from the front door, and a few upstairs bedrooms if you crane your neck!
