The Dell House is a former Rectory. Built in the grand style with elegantly proportioned rooms, decorative plasterwork and marble fireplaces, it nestles in two acres of naturalised
wooded grounds on the sheltered eastern slopes of The Malvern Hills.

There are spectacular views from the house and grounds across the Severn Valley to the Cotswold Hills.

On arrival we welcome you with an offer of refreshments in our elegant drawing room. While you recover from your journey, you can enjoy some tea or coffee and drink in the marvellous view from a very comfortable chair.

In the morning, your breakfast is served in the south facing Morning Room — quite the loveliest room in this beautiful old house.

Ian cooks an excellent Full English Breakfast, serving locally sourced prize winning produce. Of course, there are lighter breakfast options for you to choose from and we can also provide for guests who need special diets.

The bedrooms are all on the first floor and are reached by climbing the elegant staircase. The stairs are wide, carpeted and are considered to be easy to climb. Our three guest bedrooms all have their original period charms combined with 21st Century comforts. All the rooms have marvellously comfortable beds, central heating, an en-suite bath or shower room with fluffy white towels provided, toiletries, colour TV, tea & coffee making facilities,
radio-alarm clock, hairdryer and, of course, bottled Malvern Water to drink.

The Dell House is a wonderful base for your holiday. For walking in the inspirational Malvern Hills, there is direct access to the Hills’ footpaths from our gates.

The Three Counties Showground is just down the lane.

The historic cities of Worcester, Hereford, Tewkesbury
and Gloucester are within an easy drive, as are The Cotswolds.

The world famous Morgan Cars are hand-built in Malvern Link. The Malvern Theatres feature famous names and top class productions just 10 minutes from our house.

There are a host of excellent restaurants and, of course, the renowned Malvern Water and our ancient healing wells and springs.
