Stay at the Hayes, a large country house, on the edge of Corbridge near Hadrian's Wall in beautiful Northumberland, North East England.
It lies in seven acres of garden, woodland and pasture and there are splendid views over the Tyne valley to the South.
4 Bedrooms
1 single room with both hand-basin and private bathroom
1 ensuite room with (1 double & 1 single bed £32.50pp)
1 ensuite family room (1 double and two single beds)
1 family room (1 double, 2 single beds and private bathroom)
There is a £10 charge for single occupancy
There is a spacious lounge with TV

Attractions
Corbridge & Hexham:
Corbridge has its famous bridge over the Tyne River and Aydon Castle is nearby.
Hexham is the local market town and has a cattle market, a variety of shops, Queens Hall concert venue, an indoor swimming pool and leisure centre, a good garden centre and the historic Hexham Abbey.
Hadrian's Wall Country:
The remains of the old Roman town of Corstopitum is nearby.
Hadrian's Roman Wall is but a few miles away, where you can visit forts at Vindolanda and Housesteads and Chesters.
Northumberland:
Peaceful unspoilt Northumberland is a region of spectacular castles and coastline and is ideal for walking.
There are numerous other places of interest to visit, such as Kielder Water, and the Scottish Borders.
Further Afield:
In County Durham, the land of Prince Bishops, you can see Durham Cathedral and Beamish Museum.
To the east there is Newcastle, with its new Millennium Bridge and the Baltic Art Centre, and the Gateshead Metro Centre, one of the largest shopping complexes in Europe.
