The name may have changed to reflect our total hospitality service; but our privately owned and managed establishment of over 4 years by the present Owner’s; continues to provide true hospitality with a full liquor licence offering bar and food service throughout the day until late evening close; for both non-resident and resident customers; including six cottage ensuite rooms for overnight accommodation. We offer a hot and cold "Bistro" style throughout the week; these are themed around traditional dishes such as lamb shank and seasonal game casseroles. A standard menu is offered; supported by "Blackboard Specials". Desserts are served to complement these courses. The New Country Inn provides both the leisure and business traveller’s the ideal place to stay overnight and eat; whilst retreating back to their rooms to have a good night’s rest. Location: Even though we are situated in an ancient market town; with history dating back to Norman times; all modern facilities are readily available including satellite broadband. The market town of Cleobury Mortimer lies between the “Wyre Forest” and “Clee Hill”; some 500 feet above sea level. We are situated on the A4117; near the market town. At the bottom of the town you will see our sign and car park is left into Simon Evans Way.
