Newpoint is run by Noel and Christine Watson. We have a very high standard of cleanliness and a no-smoking and no pets policy. Nothing is too much trouble to help you have a comfortable and happy stay with us.

We have a smart breakfast/dining room in which you can enjoy your hearty breakfast before dashing off to the beach, to the New Forest, or wherever you are going to spend your day.

Further to many requests we now have a lovely family ground floor room available. This room has been newly refurbished and details are shown further down the site!

Tea & Coffee making facilities are in all the bedrooms with decaff versions of both, as well as coffee mate, brown & white sugar, sweeteners, milk, horlicks, hot chocolate and biscuits.

We have a mixture of Standard and en-suite rooms available so guests can choose the option that best suits their needs, please visit our website for further details.

If you prefer to book room only without breakfast we offer this option at a reduced rate. Ideal for those of you needing an early start.
