This outstanding example of an early 16th century farmhouse, built in brick and flint is located on farmland on the North Downs of Kent. With its inglenook fireplaces, antique furniture and low timbered ceilings, you can be assured of a warm welcome and an abundance of atmosphere.

The gardens of the property overlook the open surrounding farmland, and are among the highest in Kent and are available for the enjoyment of our guests. When the weather permits, breakfasting or dining by candlelight in the grounds can be delightful.

There are ample off road parking facilities and if you are jetting away on holiday or business from Gatwick Airport, we offer a parking facility and transfer and pick-up service, to and from the airport. Gatwick Airport is only 23 miles away!

With Central London also only 23 miles away, if you wish to stay in a quiet rural environment, and yet be able to see the sights of London, this is the perfect location. Bromley main line station is only 20 minutes away by car and there is a regular service into London Victoria which may take as little as 15 minutes. There is also a regular bus service which stops directly outside the property, and services run between Kent, Surrey and London, by connection

The bedrooms are very tastefully furnished, one en-suite, fully centrally heated and are supplied with a hair-dryer and tea and coffee making facilities.

Breakfast and dinner are served in the farmhouse dining room and we only serve locally sourced fresh produce which is personally cooked to order. Home cooked evening meals are available by arrangement.

We have a no smoking policy in the bedrooms and in the dining room. We do not accept children under the age of 10 years, or any type of pet.
