We have a fully equipped breakfast/dining room, providing a buffet continental breakfast in the morning and a place for you to sit and have a coffee, tea or a small snack during the day or evening. In the afternoon, cake (usually home-cooked) is provided with your coffee or tea. All inclusive of the bedroom rates.

For dinner, there is a wide choice from the many restaurants in Truro City centre, the nearest being 3 minutes walk away. Alternatively, you are very welcome to get a takeaway delivered or bring it back with you to the Townhouse. Eat it with your own bottle of wine (we provide the bottle opener and glasses) and make yourself comfortable in our dining area.

A free Internet service is available for you to surf or to collect your E-mails. All we ask is that you don't write your novel on it, so that everyone can use it! There is also a wireless network connection available from all bedrooms.

If you are staying with us for a little while, we can provide a small laundry service for a reasonable cost.

We have a secure drying room to leave wet clothes in overnight and a lockup is available for bicycles.

All the rooms have central heating and are individually furnished. Each room has en-suite facilities, consisting of a shower or shower and bath. They also contain tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and colour television.

Our beds have cosy duvets, soft pillows and summer or winter throw-overs. The bathrooms are all equipped with soft white towels and complimentary soap, shower gels etc.
Your room is serviced daily or when it suits you.

If you stay 6 nights or more a 12% discount applies but only off of our full double room rate with 2 persons sharing. (equivalent to £66 for a Superior Double per room per night)

We are 5 minutes walk from the lovely City centre of Truro with its many attractions. For shoppers there are all the National retailers such as Marks & Spencer, Next, Monsoon, Laura Ashley, Past Times, Wallis, etc as well as our own Cornish retail shops. There are also plenty of museums, outdoor markets and tea / coffee houses. By night we have restaurants, bars, cinema, Hall for Cornwall.
