Three Chimneys Farm is a working livestock farm and home of James, Jane, Katie and little Lucy Farrant.

Set at the end of a one mile long farm track in a very rural and peaceful location Three Chimneys Farm is an ideal base from which to explore the abundance of attractions in the South East.

Being a working livestock farm and the home of Jane, James, Katie and little Lucy, the house offers comfortable, simple and stylish accommodation.

A separate guest entrance leads to, two double rooms, one ground floor with en-suite bathroom and the other first floor bedroom with private shower room. TV in each room.

Guest's have their own living area with wood burning stove, Tea and coffee making facilities and fridge.

Full English breakfast is served in the guest's dining area. Alternative breakfast menu available by prior request.

Breakfast is served anytime until 9am. Please let us know when you would like to eat and what you would like for breakfast.
