Jackie Bolt welcomes you to Wood Barton, a peacefully located 17th century farmhouse with views over the gardens and surrounding countryside. Accredited by the Devonshire Heartland Tourism Association, the house is only 3 miles from M5 junction 30 and Sowton Business Park.

We are ideally located for a number of attractions in the area – 2 miles or less from Exeter airport, Crealy Adventure Park, West Point Exhibition Centre, Friends Provident and DEFRA. A little further away you will find Exmouth beach (6 miles) and Exeter University (7 miles).

Free parking. An excellent traditional English breakfast including eggs from the local farmer is served cooked on an Aga. A choice of menu is available.
